Human Resources Generalist – Part Time

We are seeking a candidate to work at the headquarters of RxS, LLC as a Human Resource Generalist 10-15 hours per week.

Description: The Human Resource Generalist will partner with the ADP Business Partner, develop and administer policies relating to all major areas of human resources activity (recruiting/hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, off boarding, etc.)
Some highlights of what you will be doing:
- Assist with administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
- Posts ads for open positions, screens candidates and coordinates face-to-face interviews with the hiring team; provides management with hiring recommendations.
- Coordinates hiring process, including but not limited to conducting background and reference checks, extending offers, negotiating salaries, issuing offer letters and onboarding documentation and other internal communication.
- Processes bi-weekly payroll in ADP, and creates appropriate reports.
- Coordinated semi- and annual performance reviews, annual increases and bonus plans as appropriate.
- Identifies potential employee-relations issues and makes recommendations to management.
- Conducts investigations into claims of harassment or other company-guideline violations.
- Coordinates administration of workers’ compensation, disability leaves, and unemployment claims.
- Assists in administration of company compensation and benefits programs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Experience in recruiting and staffing.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills. Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
- Prior experience with ADP TotalSource suite of services is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
- Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

- Excellent written, verbal and intrapersonal communication skills.
