MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Excellent relationship management skills at all levels

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects / deadlines

• Results oriented to manage and deliver consistently on commitments to exceed client expectations

• Strong oral and written communication skills as well as active listening skills

• Quick learner/self-starter who steadfastly pushes for results

• Experience with/knowledge of medical terminology

• Able to interact with a variety of external customers

• Proficiency with computers/technology

• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skill and be able to remain professional and courteous when dealing with sensitive issues and stressful situations

• Self-motivated, reliable and ability to function independently with in a team

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Ensure client loyalty by working collaboratively with your customers and selling additional services

• Responsible for day-to-day activities in support of your customers

• Provide exemplary service and deliver on all requirements

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers resulting in trust and respect

• Develops reports and communications effectively with a high level of accuracy

• Effectively manage and prioritize time to complete administrative activities daily

• Be a motivational team player

• Other duties as required
