  • Build strong relationships with ICU clinicians, ID specialists, pharmacists, and hospital leadership.

  • Identify and solve barriers—DRG gaps, access challenges, protocol hesitancy—by partnering cross-functionally.
  • Be the primary field expert on market dynamics, competitive shifts, and customer insights.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MD, MPH) strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Our client is offering a very competitive compensation package that includes generous salary, bonus, stock options, and a Benefits Package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus fully paid life, STD & LTD, 401K with a 5% company contribution, car stipend, mileage reimbursement, generous PTO and other perks.

We appreciate your interest in this opportunity, however; only qualified candidates will be contacted.
