Pharmaceutical Speaker Bureau Operations Manager

ImpactBio is recruiting for Operations Managers for Physicians World (PW). PW is a leading provider of speakers bureau services, technology and compliance solutions to the pharmaceutical industry. PW was just named a 2018 Top 25 New Jersey Midsize employer and are growing rapidly. PW is expanding and they are looking for Operations Managers at their headquarters in Lyndhurst, NJ.

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day account operations for Speakers Bureau programming, supervising a Coordinator staff to meet customer expectations and ensure that customers are retained, satisfied, and that their needs are fulfilled.

MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor degree required
• Related client service/account management/operations experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Prior people management experience demonstrating ability to manage your team effectively
• Familiarity with event planning/management, or prior client service or account level sales experience
• Understands the pharmaceutical industry
• Advanced verbal and professional writing skills
• Excellent relationship management skills at all levels
• Demonstrates effective negotiation skills through standing firm on some points while giving on other points to achieve desired outcomes
• Quick learner/self-starter who steadfastly pushes for results
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Demonstrates conflict management and problem solving skills
• Strong computer and software reporting program skills
